So i know i'm not on here much right now,  but yea.  Anyways.  I wanted to know what you guys consider boarder-line stalkerish? >A>  I have this guy from school that likes me.  I told him I wasn't interested,  and hoped that now that school was done I'd have gotten rid of him.  But then he started showing up at work.  Only a couple times but yea.  He played the whole  "lets be friends" thing.  When i got home from work today though there were flowers on my front porch from a "secret admirer."  He's the only person I could think that would send it,  but he /shouldn't/ know my address.  D|;; Maybe i'm just being paranoid, but yea.  I was wondering what your thoughts might be on the matter?  ;;

......  so dA changed how they do journals. fffff  Just when i start getting the hang of one way,  they change it.  >:

But yes~  This is just an update journal.  School started up last week so I'm trying to get back into the swing of having to go to school again.  Of course, money is a big issue.  I had to take last semester off because I couldn't afford to go,  and now that this semester has started its not off to a great start.  

For starters, I'm sure many of you have seen the oh so lovely gas prices. Here in SoCal they're about $4 a gallon for regular gas.  Its only the second week into school, and my car has decided to give me problems though. Just when i thought my problems were over.  I think i just have bad luck with cars.  They must hate me or something.  ANYWAYS, the point being that now I have to cough up money for it.  How much in the long run... probably more than i want to.  

On top of that my water spilled all over my purse the first week of school ruining my ds.  *right before the new pokemon games were coming out*  ;;  So I'm getting that fixed as well.  

With all that's been happening, I'll probably be opening up commissions.  I'm still deciding on prices,  but expect to see a journal or something for that soon.

I don't know.  its been a while since I've done any major experimenting and I kind of miss it.  I dont' know about the rest of you,  but I'm constantly watching other artists whose style or techniques inspire me in someway.  It always makes me want to attempt something like that do.  

My style can also be easily influenced but that of others, so i'm constantly doing little experiments in my sketchbooks with styles and finding out what works and does not work with what i already have going.  

Buuut i feel like experimenting a bit,  and i may or may not upload these experiments into my gallery, depending on how they turn out.

Well, not really troubles.  XD  Nothing serious anyways.  

But does anyone else have trouble drawing art of other peoples characters sometimes.  I'm alwyas afraid of messing up peoples characters when i draw them.  I like to try and make the characters look different in some way or another, but at the same time I don't take the risks I'd like to take.

I'd love to play more around with the shapes of the characters sometimes,  but I'm afraid that it'd take away from the other person's character if I do something too drastic.  Does anyone else feel this way sometimes?  XD

I know when i'm working on a new story or plot or something and working on character creation, I play around with the silhouettes to try and get them to look unique in some way.  Of course not that anyone gets to see that kind of stuff here on my dA.  lol

but yea-  just a rant a bit about the frustrations that come with drawing other peoples characters.  XD

So I'm avoiding drawing my own characters right now but still want to draw.  I miss being able to draw other people's characters and its been like... forever since I've really done requests like this.  They'll basically just stay doodles,  probably nothing too fancy.  

I'll take five for now-  see how well i can handle it.  Only single characters please.  =w=;;  no couples.
